I am a certified Co-Active Coach® (the CoachesTraining Institute - ICF accredited) and I would absolutely love to accompany you fulfilling your dreams and goals!

When I was young, I wanted to be a doctor to help people and save lives and even more so to explore the world. Once my master in management completed (ISC Paris), I left France for the UK where I worked for Danone and Associated British Foods. I then moved to the Netherlands and worked for Starbucks as a Planning Manager and no surprise the part of my job I enjoyed the most was developing my team! I loved to see them grow their leadership skills, empower them to find out more about themselves and where they would like to head off.

In 2014, I realized I needed to reconnect with my youth aspirations to live in line with my values and get more balance in my life.

I decided then to become a certified coach to help people understand what is dear to them and guide them in their journey!

Who am I?

I grew up in France where I lived until 2006. I then decided to live in Madrid over a summer to develop further my Spanish and taste the whole range of tapas! Shortly after I moved for 8 years to London where I enjoyed the student life, took on my first job and met my life partner. In 2014, we moved as a family to Amsterdam. Since then I am enjoying the bike rides nearby the canals and a more balanced life. Living abroad gives me a sense of novelty where I constantly learn about new cultures and customs.

I am the proud mother of two lively boys and I want to inspire them to live their life to the fullest. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends as well as meeting new people. I love travelling and discover new ways of being, doing and eating of course!

I also practice Pilates as a student and as an instructor, this helps me to stay grounded and enhance every time my body awareness. I regularly try out new activities such as self-defense, salsa or running to keep learning new skills. In my spare time, I frantically buy concert tickets to see my favourite artists in flesh and bone! Besides this I dedicate some free time to volunteer at Empower Amsterdam, a foundation that provides support and guidance to unemployed international professionals living in the Netherlands.
