This retreat is designed for anyone who needs a break from their daily routine and for those who need a deep transformation of the way they treat themselves.
2-day retreat to learn how to go beyond the limitations of the mind and the busyness of modern life.
We will guide you to discover/feel deeply your potential, share tools to empower you to unleash it in your daily life to move with more fluidity and ease towards your vision and dreams.
We will share with you a variety of guided meditations and visualisations, embodiment practices, role play and intuitive movement as well as coaching exercises. We will guide you through subtle coaching, inquiry and there will be space to share in small groups as well as in circle.
Maximum of 12 participants, all this in a splendid location in a park in the center of Amsterdam.

Your guides during this 2-day unique experience
is a Certified Leadership & Team Coach and a Supervisor with a strong business background mostly spent in international corporations across Europe. She works with internationals to help them thrive in their professional and personal lives. She coaches one-on-one and designs workshops and retreats.
Anne lives by the principle of a healthy mind in a healthy body and teaches Pilates. Anne loves the thrill of improv theatre—which she's been practising since 2020. She speaks fluent English and Spanish in addition to her native French.
has been sharing the practice of mindfulness for almost 10 years in group settings and one-on-one. She is passionate about inviting more presence, nurturing energy and harmony in the way we relate to ourselves, others and nature. She also facilitates nature connection and deep ecology practices in community to invite us to reconnect with the natural world and its rhythms.
She’s currently training in shamanism and women’s wisdom at the moment to support her on her path.

All cancellations must be made by e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation.
If the retreat needs to be cancelled because of an emergency / ”force majeure” (i.e. COVID-19) participants will have the option to receive a refund for the full amount OR attend the same retreat at a later time
If the participant cancels because of personal reasons, we will provide a full refund if this is for medical or other types of emergency.
In other cases, for any cancellation made less than 6 weeks before the start date, a deposit of 150 euros will be due.
